Belgravia Terms & Conditions

Belgravia offers an online vehicle leasing and purchasing service for customers in California, providing direct access to partner dealerships and transparent pricing. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

A non-refundable $499 order fee is required to secure your selected vehicle. This fee ensures the vehicle’s availability and initiates the purchase process. If your chosen vehicle becomes unavailable, you may request a full refund of the order fee or transfer it to another vehicle in our inventory.

All prices listed are final and inclusive of applicable fees, except in cases of credit adjustments that may impact the lease or down payment terms. Belgravia’s advertised prices are based on Tier 1 credit; if a customer does not meet Tier 1 criteria, adjusted terms may apply, and any additional costs will be disclosed.

Once a vehicle is ordered and the order fee is processed, Belgravia guarantees the availability of the vehicle for 24 hours. During this period, customers must submit their personal information and complete any required action items to finalize the purchase. If the necessary information is not provided within 24 hours, Belgravia cannot continue holding the vehicle, and it will be returned to the marketplace. In such cases, the customer’s order fee can be transferred and applied to a different vehicle in our inventory, subject to availability.

Approval for leasing or financing is subject to the terms and conditions of our partner financial institutions. Belgravia and partner dealerships are not responsible for any adjustments required due to credit qualifications or lender requirements.

Customers may inspect and test-drive their selected vehicle upon pickup or delivery. Should the vehicle not meet your expectations, you may decline it and apply your order fee to a different vehicle in our inventory. If you choose to reject the vehicle at the point of delivery, you will be responsible for any associated delivery and return fees.

Belgravia offers flexible pickup and delivery options, with final arrangements managed by the partner dealership. Any delivery fees, if applicable, will be disclosed at the time of booking.

Belgravia provides accurate photos and details for each vehicle. However, minor variations may occur based on model specifications, and Belgravia is not liable for these minor discrepancies. Customers are encouraged to review vehicle details closely before placing an order.

Belgravia is not responsible or liable for any issues with the vehicle (such as defects or "lemon" status), dealership interactions, or satisfaction with the vehicle following the purchase or lease agreement. All payments made to Belgravia, including order fees, drive-offs, down payments, delivery fees, and any additional fees, are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in this agreement.

Cancellations after the order is placed are subject to forfeiture of the order fee. Customers wishing to change their selected vehicle after order confirmation may do so by applying their order fee to another available vehicle in Belgravia’s inventory, subject to availability and approval.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of California. Any disputes arising from the use of Belgravia’s services shall be resolved through arbitration in Los Angeles, California, in accordance with state regulations.

Belgravia reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
